By accessing or utilizing VersaPDF Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Absolute Document Ownership & User Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership, copyright, and title to all documents, images, forms, and vector data processed within VersaPDF Studio.
Because all document decoding, manipulation, redaction, splitting, and synthesis takes place locally within your client browser instance, VersaPDF Studio does not claim, acquire, or license any rights in your files.
3. Permissible Use & Code of Conduct
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, educational, and commercial workflows, provided you do not use the tool for unlawful document falsification or malicious attacks.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" Basis)
VERSAPDF STUDIO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. USERS ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-FLIGHT VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO TRANSMISSION OR PRINT RUNS.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VERSAPDF STUDIO OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
